TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
- As the artist, I have the right to decline any requests I can't do or that I'm uncomfortable with.- You may use the commission for personal use as long as i am credited as the artist (pfps, banners, backgrounds, personal merch) @Kaifiish_ on tiktok or Instagram- You may not sell my art, claim it as your own, use it to train AI, trace it, modify it.- Unless a privacy fee is paid i am allowed to post the commission on social media and use it in my portfolio- Unless given specific instructions, I will, for the most part, use my own artistic liberties. If you want anything specific please send a reference sheet/ idea dump- Please refer to my wills won’ts before commissioning me!!!
PAYMENT
Payment is accepted through paypal, kofi and artistreeI also accept robux as long as the amount corresponds to the original price in euroThe client must pay upfront or pay half at first and pay the other half of the commission once the sketch has been acceptedNo refunds unless i am unable to finish the commission
DEADLINE
Commissions will take around 7-30 days depending on my schedule and the complexity of the commissionif any delays should occur the client will be notified as soon as possible
